Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must be in unused, resellable condition and sent back in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated by contacting [Insert Email] with your order number and return request.
Items received without prior return approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping charges).
Damaged items must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery to be considered for a refund or replacement.
Items marked “final sale,” “custom order,” or “assembled” are not eligible for return.
